While very involved in the day-to-day operations, Mr. Davidson develops and executes strategic plans with clients and the Winwood Team. Much time is spent developing and nurturing relationships with all stakeholders. Having an inquisitive nature, he thrives on strong, quick, and concise communication allowing for the constant refinement of best practices.

Before forming Winwood Properties Mr. Davidson founded and operated Mica Homes, Inc., a residential home building company. He built for-sale homes in Geauga County, Ohio.

Prior to founding Mica Homes, Mr. Davidson worked with a regional shopping center developer, Paran Management Company, providing marketing and leasing for 12 retail shopping centers with over 1.5 million sq. ft. of leasable space.

Mr. Davidson served as Vice President and General Manager for E.B. Brown Opticians, a 42-store optical chain with annual sales exceeding $15 million (1996 numbers).

Since forming Winwood Properties, Mr. Davidson along with the sales team has brokered a wide variety of real estate transactions including but not limited to, buyer representation, seller representation, receiverships, retail leasing, office leasing, apartment buildings, residential properties. Additionally, he has led the physical transformation of properties under management. Under his leadership, over $50,000,000 in capital improvements have been undertaken resulting in increased occupancy and value of the properties.
